Tenshin went to find the Hikage to as for an application to her special team.
He saw her and went to ask her he request.
"Excuse me Lady Hikage. I first like to thank you and the Yamikage for letting me stay permently at this village." He said bowing down deeply infront of the Hikage.
"I would also like to ask for your permission on being included onto your team. I have tracking skills that could be need and I'll make sure that my teammate are safe and well taken care of."
