first off...
1) No Harry Potter spells, none they are banned except the fact for Me, Midori, and Lucia if she want's them. If you want to learn Harry Potter spells, come ask us, don't appear saying you can do Crucio, and Avada Kedarva you'll be severally punished if you use this or others....
2) Don't Degrade moves, I'm sorry but I see this quite often. If you enter a battle when a battle is going on, please make note of the moves the people made and try your best to dodge or block the attacks. Only the last post you must do this for.
3) Time, Space energy is now banned except for Shadow, when he dies no more time and space shit

Yeah...I guess it's fair if Shinji gets to keep them..............as long as he doesn't use the spells I specified on his jutsu list. That was a bitch to write up..<<
